I recieved my packages in the allocated delivery slot. However the packaging was not suitable. 2 heavy boxes of 48 glasses each put into 1 box with no bubble wrap or packaging, as a result of this 10 glasses were broken on delivery. I emailed twice and no response and called several times each time ringing out to the answer phone to which I left a message. I also requested an copy of my Invoice which I have not received. Im not one for leaving bad reviews but i have exhausted all my avenues to get in touch. If Xenia could get back to me that would be great.

I placed my order for 150 glasses for a wedding and needed them urgently due to being let down by another supplier at the last minute. I read some of the negative reviews after the order was placed and was a little worried that I may not receive my glasses.....How wrong was I, as Ed emailed me promptly after ordering with a dispatch date for the glasses and they arrived within 4 working days!! Amazing service from this company and relief that the glasses had arrived safely and in plenty of time for the wedding on the Saturday. I cannot fault and recommend this company and will absolutely use them again.
